These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Katalyxpharma platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.
'Platform' refers to all services accessible via katalyxpharma.com and associated mobile applications (TheSpecialist, courier app). 'User' refers to any natural or legal person who has created an account on the platform. 'Pharmacy' refers to the pharmaceutical establishment registered on the platform. 'Subscription' refers to the pricing plan chosen by the User. 'Content' refers to any information, data, or file uploaded or created on the platform.
Use of the Katalyxpharma platform implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. These terms apply to all users, whether they are pharmacy owners, pharmacy employees, patients, or delivery couriers. Katalyxpharma reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
Katalyxpharma provides a SaaS pharmacy management platform including: stock and batch management with expiry alerts, point of sale (POS) and transaction tracking, patient order management via the TheSpecialist app, delivery system with real-time tracking, human resources management (teams, attendance, commissions), financial reports and analytics, AI audit (PharmAI) for management optimization, and video teleconsultation. Available features depend on the subscription plan.
To use the platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Katalyxpharma reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or prolonged inactivity (12 months without login).
Katalyxpharma offers three plans: Essential (20,000 FCFA/month), Professional (45,000 FCFA/month), and Premium (90,000 FCFA/month). A 14-day free trial is offered with no commitment. Each plan includes specific limits (number of products, users, orders). Exceeding plan limits requires an upgrade. Prices may be modified with 60 days notice. Annual payment benefits from a discount equivalent to 2 months free.
Payments are processed via Orange Money, MTN MoMo (Campay/NotchPay) or credit card (Stripe). Billing is monthly or annual according to your choice. In case of payment default after 7 days from the due date, platform access will be restricted (read-only mode). After 30 days of non-payment, the account will be suspended. Data remains stored for 90 days after suspension to allow regularization. No refunds are granted for subscription periods already started, except within the first 14 days following the first subscription.
By using the platform, you agree to: comply with pharmaceutical legislation in force in your country, not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes, not attempt to access other pharmacies' data, not distribute malicious software or interfere with the infrastructure, not resell or sublicense access to the platform, keep your contact and pharmacy information up to date, and report any bugs or security vulnerabilities to our team.
The Katalyxpharma platform, its source code, design, algorithms (including PharmAI), trademarks, and logos are the exclusive property of Katalyxpharma. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited. Data you create on the platform (products, sales, reports) belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process this data for the purpose of providing the service. Upon termination, you can export your data (CSV/PDF) for 90 days.
Katalyxpharma commits to ensuring 99.5% platform availability (excluding scheduled maintenance). We are not responsible for: data loss due to incorrect use by the user, interruptions caused by third parties (ISP, hosting provider), indirect damages or loss of profit, business decisions made based on platform data. Our total liability is limited to the subscription amount paid during the last 12 months. Offline mode allows you to continue working during internet outages.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation: your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days, you can export your data for 90 days, after 90 days, your data is permanently deleted. Katalyxpharma may terminate your account immediately in case of serious violation of these Terms, without notice or refund.
Katalyxpharma reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. Major modifications (feature removal, price changes) will be communicated with a minimum 60-day notice. Minor updates (fixes, improvements) may be deployed without notice. In case of permanent service cessation, users will be notified 6 months in advance and will receive assistance with data export.
These Terms are governed by Cameroonian law and the provisions of OHADA (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa). In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution within 30 days. Failing agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Douala, Cameroon. For users located in other OHADA zone countries, the provisions of the Uniform Act relating to general commercial law apply.
