We collect data you provide during registration and use of our platform: name, email address, phone number, pharmacy name and address, payment information (processed by our partners Stripe, Campay, NotchPay), stock and sales data, as well as technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system) necessary for the proper functioning of the service.
Your data is used to: provide and improve our pharmacy management services, process your transactions and payments, send notifications related to your account (expiry alerts, reports, invoices), personalize your user experience, analyze platform usage to improve our services, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you regarding service updates.
Your data is stored on secure servers with automatic daily backups. Health data (prescriptions) is stored in compliance with applicable local regulations. We retain your data for the duration of your use of the service and for a reasonable period after account closure, unless otherwise required by law.
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data: end-to-end encryption in transit and at rest, reinforced two-factor authentication, automatic session rotation, granular role-based access control, regular security audits, and strict data isolation between pharmacies.
We use essential cookies for platform operation (authentication, language preferences). We do not use advertising cookies. Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed. The NEXT_LOCALE cookie persists to remember your language preference. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features may no longer be available.
We never sell your personal data. We share your data only with: our payment providers for transaction processing, our technical partners for proper service operation, and competent authorities if required by law. All our partners are subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights: right to access your personal data, right to rectification of inaccurate data, right to erasure ('right to be forgotten'), right to data portability (CSV/PDF export), right to object to processing, right to restriction of processing. Your account data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. After account deletion, your personal data is deleted within 90 days. Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations. Security logs are retained for 12 months. Anonymized data for statistical purposes may be retained indefinitely.
Our platform is intended for healthcare professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.
We may update this privacy policy periodically. Any significant changes will be notified by email or via a platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
